Brittany  is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is experienced in designing programs that will help you achieve your fitness goals.  As a busy mom, athlete, and professional, Brittany specializes in helping you reach your fitness goals while balancing the demands of parenthood. Brittany is also a professional bodybuilder and former endurance runner, and she knows what it takes to get results.
